CES (Consumer Electronic Show) 2018 Here're my best pick

CES 2018's top picks.

Hello friends!!!

On Screen finger print scanner, 5G, Truly wireless headphone, AI in Everywhere and 3D printing here's all the News from CES 2018. The CES in Las Vegas US remains the best place to get a first look at a huge range of consumer electronics products heading our way in 2018. Here's i am sharing my best pick of "Technology" in CES 2018.

  • AI in Everywhere

Technology always evolving, Artificial intelligence (AI) is suddenly everywhere. From phones and TVs to air conditioners and even a toilet, and the world’s largest tech show – are showing the 180,000 attendees that if a device doesn’t have AI inside, it’s not worth having. This will be the year of “smarter” everything—smarter products, smarter vehicles, smarter processes, smarter consumer goods, smarter tech solutions, and even smarter cities.

  • On Screen Finger Print Scanner

After long speculation about whether Apple or Samsung might integrate the fingerprint sensor under the display of their flagship phones. China's Vivo beats both of them and announce it's world's first smartphone Vivo X20 Plus with On Screen Finger Print Scanner in CES 2018. The fingerprint scanner is to be placed between the glass panel and the OLED display panel.
The technology use for this is Synaptics optical sensor.. which has been in development for years. The only drawback is that the hidden fingerprint-sensing tech only works with OLED displays because of the way it reads your fingerprint.

In terms of specifications, the Vivo X20 Plus UD will feature a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. At the heart is expected to be a Snapdragon 660 chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. On the camera front, the smartphone might sport dual rear camera setup with a combination of a 12-megapixel f/1.8 primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. Up front, there will be a 12-megapixel front camera for selfies with f/2.0 lens. The smartphone will be backed by a 3,800mAh battery.

  • Robots

In 2018, robots won’t just be for housework—they can also provide entertainment and companionship.  Somnox is a good example for this, Somnox is a companion robot to help you fall and stay asleep. Honda also unveil its new 3E (Empower, Experience, Empathy) Robotics Concept, demonstrating Honda's vision of a society where robotics and AI can assist people in a multitude of situations, from disaster recovery and recreation to learning from human interaction to become more helpful and empathetic.

  • Smart Cars

Here's the time of smart cars in CES 2018. We know that the Digital transformation touches the automotive industry. I’m not just talking about self-driving cars—although those are worth discussing, too. A good example foe the same is Byton Concept Car Byton wants your car to feel more like your living room rather than a just a means of transportation. That’s the idea behind its concept car, which the company says will be launching in the U.S. in 2020.

The concept vehicle’s most striking characteristic is its gigantic screen, which stretches across the entire dashboard. The car will also include facial recognition so that it can identify the driver and load his or her settings as he or she enters the vehicle.

This year, look for tech advances that improve the driving experience—everything from pricey add-on dashboard companions that include mobile app integration and internal/external cameras to less-expensive options that integrate Alexa into vehicles and allow users to quickly schedule, shop, and hear music upon command.

  • 5G Technology

The demo of LED tunnel and immersive 360-degree autonomous vehicle driving simulation shows  how 5G will change the future by greater and more reliable connectivity. From driverless vehicles, to connected homes, data will update and correlate in the cloud, offering benefits of seamlessness and safety. Intel plans to introduce its 5G capabilities to the world at this year’s Winter Olympics.

With blazing fast speeds and high computing power, 5G will change the world—and I don’t say that lightly. Why? The IoT wouldn’t be where it is without the support and speed of 5G, which promise multigigabit download speeds. And that’s just the beginning.

  • Drones

Even tighter rules and regulation by the government, drones always make an decent existence at CES. Why? They’re feature-packed crowd pleasers and can be pack a ton of functionality into an increasingly small gadget. The AirSelfie2, AEE Selfly, Volocopter, Yuneec Typhoon H Plus, Tello and PowerDolphin are the main entry of drone in CES 2018. The PowerDolphin can take photos and video (in resolutions up to 4K) in Pond or Lake. It automatically detect fish from a distance of 131 feet or 40 meters and then automatically release a line and bait to snag them.

  • 3D Printer

This year in CES  various 3D printing companies came to Vegas to show the world why their printers were the next big thing. Kodak announced their first 3D printer uses FDM technology. American company Nexa3D unveiled their highly-anticipated NXV 3D printer.Chinese company, Shenzhen Yuejiang Technology Co. Ltd, present their new robotic projet, Dobot Developments. This robotic arm 3D printer is also able to do laser cutting, can paint, and even write. The Chinese company is releasing two types, the Dobot M1, and the Dobot Magician which is focused on education. Polaroid presented several 3D printers they have created, designed for the democratization of additive manufacturing technologies. Polaroid released 4 cleanly designed machines, inclduing the Polaroid Nano Duo, with extruder and WiFi connectivity.
